This Privacy Policy explains how Venucam Studio (“Venucam”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Venucam Studio mobile application.

This policy applies to the Venucam Studio Android application and related backend services used by the app.

a) Camera Content
- Images captured using your device camera.
- Image data uploaded to our backend to refresh venue content.
b) Account Credentials and Identifiers
- Username and password submitted at sign-in.
- Username stored on-device in secure storage after successful login.
- Information required to connect to our services (for example, network status and request metadata such as IP address and timestamps).
3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
We process information as necessary to:
- Authenticate users.
- Enable image capture and upload functionality.
- Process venue refresh requests.
- Maintain, secure, and improve service reliability.

We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information only:
- To our service infrastructure and processors that operate Venucam services.
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government request.
- To protect rights, security, and integrity of Venucam, users, or the public.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, and legal purposes.
- Uploaded image data is retained according to service operational requirements.
- On-device data remains until removed by app logic, user action, or app uninstall.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
Venucam Studio is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Decline camera permission (core app features may not function).
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data.
9. International Data Transfers
If you access the app from outside the country where our services are hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are effective when posted at this policy URL with an updated effective date.
